Merchmaker's products range from apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and nightwear) to accessories (phone and tablet cases, mugs, and bags) and homewares (canvas prints, cushions and towels). 

The quality of Merchmaker's designs and products is integral to our model, and our Product Development department sources exactly what consumers want from specialist suppliers.

The design process starts with the brand's own image assets and guidelines.  Working with these, our in-house Creative team designs exciting artworks and customisation options that allow customers to make products their own, while retaining brand identity.  

An exacting approval process follows, where designs are submitted to the brand and go through several levels of scrutiny. Only the best artworks are authorised, and move to the next step of sampling.  

Printing the artworks onto the product range, we test both the quality of the print and the quality of the product. The process is repeated with each manufacturer in our network and samples sent to the brand for approval.

Retail Integration

Print on Demand

One of the most powerful aspects of the print on demand model, is the ability to use specialist manufacturers across the globe. An international network of suppliers mean products reach consumers efficiently, printing top quality merchandise rather than mass produced. To maintain these standards, we employ stringent quality controls, including spot checks, supplier visits, and health & safety checks, meeting ethical standards as well as quality.

Merchmaker works with over 150 suppliers around the globe, to offer over 130,000 product variations. All suppliers use market leading Aeoon or Kornit DTG machines, which deliver the highest quality print.

Products are only created once a customer has placed the order, enabling every order to be both customised and personalised to the customer's exact preferences. This delivers true choice to the customer of every character, every quote, every colour and every size from their favourite brands.
